Our wedding package in the Philadelphia area has been designed to meet the needs of even the most demanding bride and groom to help them celebrate their big day together. As with almost every wedding location, we do ask for a deposit in order to reserve your wedding day due to the high demand for our wedding package in the Philadelphia area. Currently there is a $2,000 non-refundable deposit and this is required with credit card authorization and a signed agreement. Three months prior to your event a payment which is estimated at about 50% of the total charges is due. Next, we ask for the second payment three weeks before the wedding for approximately 50% of the charges. Any remaining balance will be due at the conclusion of the event and all of the deposits or payments that are made need to be paid by check or cash. The final payment must be made on the same credit card that was used during the time of the agreement and all credit card payments that exceed $1,000 will be subject to a service fee of 5%.

The ground and facility fee is equal to $2,000 for the event or our wedding package in the Philadelphia area. There is also a 20% service charge per person for food and a 6% PA sales tax as well. The beverage cost is also subject to a 20% service charge and the prices for the food and beverage are subject to change as a result of market fluctuation. We ask that you provide the final guest count as least two weeks prior to your wedding in order to avoid any potential issues. As with every wedding, the photographs are very important on your special day and the pictures can be taken any place on the Inn grounds. Take advantage of our country landscape and picture settings to take the pictures that we last a lifetime. Our on-site ceremony offers everything you need for your wedding day on our facilities. We will provide you with electrical outlets for musical equipment and any other needs and we will set up all of your guest chairs as well. There is an on-site wedding ceremony fee of $500 and non-denominational officiant recommendation is available. There are a few fees associated with any wedding that goes past the 7:00 p.m. time limit. The last call for the bar service is made at 6:30 p.m. and the entertainment service should conclude by 6:45 p.m. at the latest. There is a $10 per person fee based on the number of Guaranteed Number of guests who are still present by the end of the event (not available past 9:00 p.m.). Not include with your wedding package in the Philadelphia area is the charge for each drink for Overtime Hours which will be billed on an individual basis.
