With our wedding package in Pennsylvania there is a $2,000 non-refundable deposit which is required with a signed agreement and credit card authorization. The billing for the wedding will be split between payments and the first will be due three months prior to your event which is estimated at 50% of the total charges that are due. The second billing will be due two weeks prior to the event which is also estimated at 50% of the total charges. If there is a remaining balance for your wedding package in Pennsylvania it will be due at the conclusion of the event and all deposits and payments are to be paid by cash or check. The final payment on the evening of the event will be placed on the same credit card that was used during the time of the agreement. All credit card payments that exceed $1,000 will be subject to a 5% service fee.

There are a few fees and charges that are associated with your wedding package in Pennsylvania at Glasbern Country Inn. There is currently a ground and facility fee that is equal to $2,000 and there is a 20% service charge and a PA sales tax for 6% per person food cost. The beverage cost is subject to a 20% service charge and all of the food and beverage prices are subject to change in respect to market fluctuation.

In order to avoid any issues please make sure to provide your final guest count two weeks prior to your wedding package in Pennsylvania or scheduled event. The minimum price charged is the guarantee. We know that photographs are a very big part of your special day and all of your pictures can be taken on the Inn grounds. At Glasbern Country Inn we have many picturesque settings and wedding packages available that are sure to make your big day memorable and special. Our wedding package in Pennsylvania is sure to meet and exceed your expectations and impress your guests at the same time.

At Glasbern Country Inn we want to provide everything that you need for your wedding package in Pennsylvania. There is currently an on-site wedding ceremony fee of $500 and non-denominational officiant recommendation is available. We will also provide electrical outlets outside for musical equipment or other need and the guest chairs are not only provided but set up for your guests as well. All of the events must be concluded by 7:00 p.m. and the last call for bar service will be made at 6:30 p.m. that night. The entertainment service should end at the very latest by 6:45 p.m. and there will be a $10 per person fee based on your specific Guaranteed Number of guests who remain after the scheduled conclusion of the event (not available past 9:00 p.m.). All of the beverages will be billed for each drink during Overtime Hours which are not included with your wedding package in Pennsylvania.

If you are interested in having overnight accommodations for the bridal party and their guests please make sure to speak with our Catering Manager. We offer 38 unique rooms and most of them offer a fireplace, whirlpool, and other romantic amenities which are perfect for the bride and groom. With our wedding package in Pennsylvania there is also some flexibility in the event conclusion time if the overnight package for guests is also acquired.
