- Each room accomodates two people
- Full country breakfast included from 7am – 9:30 am on weekdays and 8am – 10:30 am on weekends
- All rates subject to 6% state sales tax and 4% local tax

- Reservations must be guaranteed with a Master Card, Discover, Visa or American Express
- Uppermost rate tier on weekends is applicable for special events, holidays and fall season
- Limited accommodations for children
- Two units suitable for pets are available
- A deposit equivalent to one night's stay plus tax will guarantee accommodations and will be credited to the last day of your intended stay
- A seven-day cancellation notice is required for a refund, less a $25.00 service charge. Any reservations cancelled less than seven days from arrival will forfeit the entire deposit unless the guest has purchased Cancellation Insurance
- Cancellation Insurance may be purchased for an additional $25.00. If you purchase this insurance you may cancel the reservation at any time without losing your deposit
